It equips learners with the confidence to act quickly and appropriately — from assessing a situation and calling emergency services, to providing CPR, treating wounds, or responding to heart attacks, strokes, and diabetic emergencies.

• Understanding the ABCDs of first aid, including the recovery position and barrier use
