Current SIA requirements

Current SIA guidance requires the Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors in the Private Security Industry (Refresher) for renewal. Learners must hold a valid Emergency First Aid at Work qualification or equivalent before refresher training. SIA delivery guidance gives 1.5 to 2.5 days of in-person refresher training depending on permitted self-study.
